Becky McKinlay

Group Managing Director

Becky brings nearly 30 years’ marketing experience to the Group Managing Director role.

She joined TVC Group from WPP where she was Team Energy Lead, heading a global agency team.

Before WPP she ran her own integrated marketing agency, Ambition London, for 12 years with clients spanning tech, entertainment, education and B2B sectors. She was named The Drum Network’s Marketing Personality of the Year in 2014.

She also spent six years at Haygarth and three years at News International managing multi-million pound advertising budgets.

Becky is responsible for developing TVC Group’s integrated comms business, including overseeing client services, as well as leading business development across the UK, US and Asia.

Greg Lappage

Executive Creative Director

Greg began his career working in design before crossing into advertising ten years ago and picking up numerous awards along the way. Greg now heads up the Creative department at TVC working on design and above the line and below the line concepts.

Greg has worked on campaigns for numerous FMCG brands including WKD, Vodka Kick and GHD and government departments such as DCSF and BIS. Greg was Creative Director of Geronimo Communications and Kindred before joining TVC.

Leon Schlesinger

Director of Production

Leon joined TVC in 2005, rising through the ranks from editor and producer, to his current role as Director of Production, overseeing all levels of production, from multi-camera lives to producing bespoke hero content.

His specialist knowledge of interview techniques, live broadcast and SMTs have proven invaluable on countless campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, across a range of sectors. Leon has also led the build of the DNA, TVC’s award-winning proprietary content hosting platform, and bespoke online media centres.

Rachel Aeschlimann

VP, Global Business Development

An Emmy award-winning content creator and brand storyteller, Rachel works out of TVC Group’s New York office.

Rachel has more than 13 years’ experience creating content to engage customers, promote brands and drive sales, having worked with brands including Discovery Channel, Investigation Discovery, Science Channel, Military Channel, Travel Channel, National Geographic, Sprout, Buzzfeed and Refinery29.

She is client lead across a portfolio of accounts including GE, United Technologies and The Economist Group.

Sophia Rusom

Financial Controller

Sophia has 15+ years’ financial experience, with a background working across media, marketing and publishing sectors.

A passionate accountant, she has held senior finance roles in digital agencies, including Financial Controller at WPP-owned AKQA.

At TVC, Sophia has overall responsibility for all aspects of the finance function and works closely with the client teams and Board.
